Our Youth Support Workers are trained to at least Level 3 in Youth Work Practice, and receive regular training and always have the support and guidance of our highly experienced Team Leaders and the Senior Management Team behind them. 


As well as having the use of our own centres in Southampton, Eastleigh and Andover we also enjoy ongoing relationships with both residential and day centres throughout the region. Our network of locations enables us to provide the right environment for every programme, both residential and non-residential.

Youth Options employs 65 full and part-time staff, and supports up to 60 volunteers
